I have more than 25 years of experience in the journalism, copywriting and editing fields and, more recently, a proven track record in account management and social-media content creation for one of the country’s top public relations firms. I have helped craft the voice and vision for some of Vancouver’s most celebrated and beloved cafes, restaurants and breweries, including St. Lawrence, Café Medina, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Tacofino, Main St. Brewing and many, many more.

From my first forays into print journalism in university and a newsroom career that spanned 10 years in New Brunswick and North Vancouver to the wide array of freelance writing projects I have penned for various local, provincial and national publications, I am immensely proud of the time I have spent sharing the unique stories of people and businesses in my communities.
